Amogh is a Juriste at Vanguard International Dispute Resolution, where he specializes in international arbitration. He previously worked with the International Arbitration team at Reed Smith, Paris focusing on Energy and Natural Resources disputes, and holds an LL.M. in Transnational Arbitration & Dispute Settlement from Sciences Po, Paris (Bredin Prat Excellence Scholar).
An Indian-qualified lawyer with over seven years of post-qualification experience, Amogh has handled complex corporate and commercial disputes, litigation, and domestic and international arbitrations (ad hoc and institutional). Prior to moving to Paris, he was an Associate in the dispute resolution and arbitration practice at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., advising and representing clients from France, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic across sectors including construction and infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, nuclear, technology, telecommunications, and shareholder disputes.
Amogh has contributed to leading publications and practice guides, including the India chapter of Global Arbitration Review: Know-How on Construction Arbitration (2019–2023), In-depth Feature: Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution 2023 (Financier Worldwide), the India Chapter of the Chambers and Partners Global Practice Guide on “Product Liability & Safety” (2019–2020), and the Indian Arbitration Law Review.
