Jay Malwade is a Trainee at Vanguard International Dispute Resolution, where he specializes in international arbitration. He holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement (MIDS), from the Graduate Institute and the University of Geneva.
Prior to joining Vanguard, Jay practiced in New Delhi, advising and representing clients in international arbitrations and WTO-related disputes. His experience includes arbitrations conducted under the ICC, LCIA, SCC, SIAC and UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, as well as advising on complex cross-border commercial disputes. He has also represented clients in arbitration-related proceedings before Indian courts.
