Maya Bensalem is a trainee at Vanguard International Dispute Resolution where she specializes in international arbitration.
Prior to joining Vanguard, Maya gained experience in both commercial and investment arbitration through internships at leading law firms and at the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
She has worked on disputes relating to renewable energy investments under the Energy Charter Treaty, inter-State oil and gas treaty disputes and construction projects. Her experience includes arbitrations conducted under the ICC Rules, the UNCITRAL Rules and the PCA framework, as well as ICSID annulment proceedings and annulment proceedings before the French Courts.
