On 23 March Vanguard partner Melanie van Leeuwen will be speaking at the ICC European Conference on International Arbitration in Paris. Melanie will be joining an outstanding panel of experts and arbitration practitioners to discuss: Designing Better Delibrations - How Tribunals Really Decide. Melanie will be speaking along side Juan Fernandez (Armesto & Asociados), Hilary Heilbron KC (Brick Court Chambers) and Stella Leptourgou (ICC).

Drawing on research from jury studies and judicial behaviour, this panel will explore how deliberation design, appointment methods, and structured protocols can transform group dynamics and improve decision quality.
